Cape Cod Doormats strives to keep our shipping costs as low as possible in an effort to pass the best rate along to our customers. Our shipping, delivery and processing charges simply cover the costs associated with delivering the product to you, most often via U.P.S. There are no extra fees, and the charges are itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for. Shipping costs depend on destination, service, package weight, and other considerations. Cape Cod Doormats has the flexibility to ship any size order in a timely fashion to our retailers and consumers worldwide.



Return Policy

Cape Cod Doormats will accept returns within 30 days from the date that the order was received in-home. You must contact us within 30-days for return instructions. Failure to contact us may affect our ability to process the return and any corresponding credit to your account. You will need to call 1-800-882-1181 for instructions.

Custom-made mats are non-refundable except for defect.
