Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase price within 30 days from the date that the order was received.

Please call 1-800-882-1181 for return authorization instructions. Proof of purchase is required. Returned products must be in new condition. Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.

Custom doormat orders can not be returned. Restocking fees may apply for large orders.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by Cape Cod Doormats.
