Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase price within 15 days from the date that the order was received.

Our rugged doormats are made to be outdoors and to keep dirt and debris outside while protecting your floors inside the home. For doormats that are consistently exposed to the sun will fade and break down over time. The more direct sunlight the doormats receive, the faster the color and material will break down. As such, color fading and sun damage is not included in the warranty.  Custom doormat orders can not be returned. Restocking fees may apply for large orders.


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost unless a mistake is made by Cape Cod Doormats.

Warranty Replacement

Cape Cod Doormats come with a 5 year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects that are due to workmanship and structural integrity under normal wear and tear. This warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse or fading. UV protectant is added to our rope but it will not completely prevent fading. Cape Cod Doormats that are consistently exposed to the sun will fade and break down over time. The more direct sunlight the doormats receive, the faster the color and rope will break down.

The amount of direct sunlight the product receives will determine the speed of the color fading and the breaking down of the rope and because of this, fading and sun damage are not included in the warranty.


We suggest flipping the doormat several times a year so both sides are evenly worn.

    • For full refund, product must be returned within 15 days of delivery date
    • Product must be in resale condition
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
    • If return shipping labels are requested, cost will be deducted from refund
